Every note belongs to a date and a channel. Channels may be personal or shared with other users.
You are responsible for the notes, comments, files, channel names, and other content you create, upload, or share through Weekframe.
If you use shared channels, other channel members may be able to see your notes, comments, files, authorship, and related activity depending on the channel settings and permissions.
Do not add content to Weekframe that you do not have the right to use, upload, or share.

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload to Weekframe.
By using Weekframe, you give Weekframe permission to host, store, process, display, transmit, and otherwise use your content only as needed to provide, protect, maintain, and improve the service.
This permission allows us to:
- Store your notes, comments, files, and channel data
- Display your content to you and authorized users
- Process files and metadata
- Back up and secure the service
- Debug issues and prevent abuse
- Operate collaboration features
You are responsible for making sure your content does not violate these Terms, another person’s rights, or applicable law.

- Store or share illegal, exploitative, or harmful content
We may remove content or restrict accounts if we believe these rules are being violated.

Shared channels are meant for collaboration.
If you invite users to a channel, you are responsible for making sure they should have access to the information in that channel.
If you join a shared channel, you agree to respect the privacy and rights of other users in that channel.
Weekframe is not responsible for how other users use, copy, share, or act on content that you make available to them in a shared channel.

Weekframe may allow you to upload files as attachments to notes.
You are responsible for uploaded files and for making sure you have permission to upload and share them.
We may limit file size, file type, storage, bandwidth, or access for technical, security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
We may remove files that violate these Terms or create risk for Weekframe or other users.
API access and integrations

Weekframe may offer API access, API keys, webhooks, or integrations.
You are responsible for API keys connected to your account or channels.

- Share API keys publicly
- Use API access to spam or abuse users
- Bypass service limits
